Privacy policy

Eleveny Limited ("Eleveny", "we", "us") builds iOS apps. This policy explains how we handle data across our apps and this website.

Data we collect

Our apps are built to hold as little personal data as possible. Where an app needs information to function (for example, an FPL manager ID to show your league data, or journal entries you write yourself), that data is used only to provide the feature you've asked for. Journal content in Bits is stored on your device and, where you enable iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account; we do not have access to it.

Analytics and crash reporting

We may use standard, privacy-respecting analytics and crash reporting to understand how our apps are used and to fix bugs. This data is aggregated and is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

Third parties

11:38 reads publicly available data from the official Fantasy Premier League API using the manager ID you provide. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising.

11:38 has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. Your FPL manager ID, leagues, saved transfer plans, bookmarks and settings are stored only on your iPhone, and are removed when you delete the app or change your manager ID in Settings.

The app connects to the official Fantasy Premier League website for player, fixture and league data, and to public news feeds from football publishers for the News tab. Opening an article takes you to that publisher's site, where their own privacy policy applies. Purchases and subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple; we never see your payment details.

If you choose to send us feedback or a feature request, we receive your message, your manager ID, the app version and your device model. If you send it by email, to 1138@eleveny.xyz, we also receive your email address. If you join our updates list, we keep your email address and manager ID so we can send you news about 11:38, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Price-change alerts are created on your device; no push token is sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time by emailing hello@eleveny.xyz. We'll respond within 30 days. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal data from them.
